    The metal sliding clip on the bottom of the solenoid itself. I opened up the valves on the regulator and put it in a bucket and I got bubbles coming out of the nozzle that the tubing goes on with the solenoid unplugged. I wondered if this clip is holding the valve open maybe? Matt
