Using 24 watt tubes in 39 watt starter?
some ballasts are rated as 2x24w/2x39w, check with the manufacturer or check the box to see what yours is. If not your likely to blow the bulb or significantly shorten is life, assuming it works at all. Alternativly you could try using both 39w but reducing the day length. Some people use the...
