its a mobydick tank and plants are moss ball-valis-plastic hair grass-its cabomba the gravel is a 3-5m mix of black and white gravel and the wal is slate its lit heated and filtered and the pics dont do it justice at all heres the pics tell me what you think

what do you mean health concerns (sounds bad) also your dosing 0.8ml per 10 litres a day so i should eb safe with 0.4ml per 10 litres a day

ive been told that riccia hates easy carbo when heavily dosed before i got the riccia i was double dosing with o.40ml daily in my 10 litre should i drop it to 0.20ml a day or less ??????????

mm i like the Rotala and the Hydrophila's but i dont think theyde look right would hairgrass or dwarf hairgrass grow or any straitish plants that look like vallis please bae

i would be sure for most of it but the light thing i would say needs to be turned off for a bit as i think the plants take c02 in during the day then release air at night so need time to release

aslong as its air tight top it shouldnt have a shelf life as it sits shut in a shop for months air tight with the seal so i dont think it will have a shelf life

yeah the plants would more than likely suffer from it id just acclimatise them very well

well you have a little over 9 x turnover i believe the recomended for planted tanks is 10x turnover so you could add another with say 250lph and get it to 10 but i think your fine with what you have personally

maybe some dwarf blue gouramis (prone to bacterial infection) or honeys ime fairly sure there ok with shrimp but wait for some one to verify

yeah holds it perfect temp ive also heard many people say my newwattino is all over the place regarding temp so i think there must be bad and good batches as i have a electronic temp guage with alarms if it goes too low or high (18 pounds(now 10 in shops) thanks by the way

i dunno i think that it gives it a very natural look and i think its cool how theres small gaps (cool for shrimp to hide under)

for the pump if you wanted to disquise it you could use a key safe (you know them things people put there keys in that look like rocks and leave on the garden)
