When I had my larger tank I used one of these pumps: I fitted an adapter to it so it would work with the mains plug. I popped it in to one of the 25l water containers like you get at the LFS and fills up quickly and easily.

I love both scapes. I too was a victim of Chilli Rasbora and a surface skimmer. I couldn't work out where they had gone until I did a filter change and found them in there, one was still alive!

Thank you. I have a check valve on the bubble counter which is after the regulator and inline before the diffuser. Do I need another inline between the regulator and the bubble counter? It’s an old style Co2 Art reg so the bubble counter isn’t attached to the reg.

Just wondered if anyone had used a Dosator with non-Dennerle ferts? I just one cheap and wondered how I could ensure it was dosing the correct 2.5ml for my tank? I know there are the dosing ring stickers, but that seems to be for the Dennerle dosages and they seem to be less than I need.
