Planning to heat my aquarium with 2 heaters (1x300 watt and the other at 200 watt) , would i need to buy 2 STC 1000 units or can i wire them both into 1 unit? Cheers

Cant stand snails , the only good one imo is a dead one. Esha Gastropex never really worked for me , so brought some Zebra Loaches and they ate them all up in no time :hungry: .

Sounds like you might have more air trapped than you thought or you might have a small leak somewhere? Personally i would take it apart again and then prime it like mad before powering it up

My 2 LFS are a disgrace! , i wont name and shame them .These are the things i look for when buying fishes. Cleaniess of the shop , no dead fishes , clean tanks and frames , and fish that havnt been put in too small a tank .... I would recommend both MA Fareham and Southsea . :mad::mad::mad:

Hi , Dont glue/silicon them directly onto your fish tank, use some aquarium sealant and fix them onto some slate or similar rock then hide the slate underneath your substrate once set .

looks ok to me ,best way to check is "vinegar test" it or place in bucket of water then check the ph , leave it for 48 hrs and test the ph again ,if the ph change too much , then bin it ! But hey im a noob so dont take my word on it ;)

Well been stalking the forums for a couple of weeks , due to BBA issues (which is now gone):) . So i thought i better introduce myslef and say hi :wave: No doubt im sure i will encounter more problems along the way , and will be asking for help .
