    Glutaraldehyde!

Does glutaralxehyde degrade or go off after some time? I bought a bottle about 5 years ago and have yet to get around to diluting it Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

    Hello, what next?

As for the juwel rekord, I have a vision 180 I removed the filter from. I'd say use something thin and flexible to stab through the silicon. I ised the saw from a junior hacksaw. Using a sawing motion didn't work but using it to push between the silicone between glass and filter did

    Hello, what next?

Hi Steve, I'm also from SE London and funnily enough also planning to get an Aquanano 40. You might want to use bottled ammonia to cycle your tank that way you're able to control the ammonia levels. If you need some I've got almost the whole bottle left from when I cycled my tank. As for co2...

Hi everyone, I've been on here and mostly lurking for a while, learning about all the complexities of planted tanks. This forum is brilliant resource, glad I came across it. My plan will be to set up a low-tech nano dirted tank :D Just slowly gathering everything, got a baby on the way so...

    Warm water from the tap

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone uses warm boiler water from the tap for their shrimp rather than using cold water and heating it up? I'm thinking about getting a aquanano 40 for shrimp and it would save a lot of tiem and oher if I didn't have to warm up the water with a submersible heater

39w T5 Arcadia Ultraseal or Hagen Glo - Total Length?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could do me a favour... if you have the Arcadia Ultraseal with a 39W T5 (849MM) or the equivalent Hagen Glo, could you please measure the total length of the tube and end caps and let me know what it is? I want to buy this to fit into a Juwel Vision 180, but it's...
