why dont you just get extra bits of spray bar and fit it all the way across the back of the tank? I did this and found that the water was coming out of the holes too slow. I overcame this by putting a spot of super glue in ever other hole, the flow is now acceptable.

I think you are after , what is called a regulator. A diffuser is the device fitted inside the tank which turns the co2 gas into minute bubbles that can then disolve into the water.

The reason I want to do this is ive just bought a filter and it has the 25/34mm tubing. All my existing spray bar and intake pipe are for 16/22mm. I dont want to buy a new spary bar and intake pipe for the large tubing, im also struggling to find somwhere that sells it all. Thanks for your reply.

What I would like to know is how to you add the clay to the soil. The only clay ive every handled is in art class at school and I dont think it will be the same type. Dose the clay come squidgy or solid? if its squidgy do you just put in small lumps and if solid do you ground it up? I can find...

I have a Sera 1000 reactor, during cleaning the nipple that connects the Co2 pipe, has snapped off. I have reglued the nipple back on and fitted an inline Co2 connecter so I dont need to disconnect the Co2 tube during cleaning. Guess what it has snapped off again and its not re attachable now...

yes I have got livestock in my tank. I have added some new plants as well, I did think that would be helpfull. The man in the shop suggested I didnt do any more large waer changes, he said I would just be diluting the algae and the tank needs some time to stabilise.

Okay thanks guys. Looks like the bazooka diffuser works well then! ive not had much luck with the glass ones they either have massive bubbles or I smash them when trying to rmove the tubing for a clean.
