I've used the old style lights on a number of aquascape. It really didn't make a difference, imo, using co2 as it just wasn't bright enough Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

I do water changes twice weekly. I can only say this came from a discussion a long time ago on the aquatic plants digest. It was before the days of forums. I can't remember what the reasoning was now either but its worked for me and I am a firm believer in if it aint broke

Lol. When I get the tank sorted. I'm in a transition phase with it at the moment. Working at DA meant it got a bit neglected but then it was needing a rescape anyway. I have a display tank to set up I the next couple of weeks for Fathoms and then I will get on it. :)
