Yes the plants that arrived were super! I'm glad I only got 1 pot of each, apart from the glosso, as any more and I'd be struggling to find a home for it! And the UG was like a little ping pong ball of green, so much came in the pot! It's what I'm used to working so for me I find the height...

I love the light! The fact its so small is great as it doesn't overpower the tank at all. Is it much trouble to drill etc the fixing? I'm hopeless at DIY but this is super looking.

You'll probably find out just before you switch the lights off at night one day if it has managed to breed! I find they tend to come out in their hoards at this time, if they're the same kind as in my tank. I would crush them up for my fish to eat but I'm too kind hearted!

Shame about the glosso, I have some in my current tank also but hasnt grown much at all. It looks like it would make a great looking carpet if there was only a sure way to make it grow horizontal.

Do you know what the main mosses you used are? It almost looks like it is above water, like an aged piece of wood in a forest.

Depends how big the wood is! I had some pieces about 2ft ish that i attached to spoons ( quick/lazy fix...) and took around a month to waterlog.

If no other shrimp have died since could old age be a possibility? Unless of course these were fairly young shrimp.

How are the shrimp? Have they changed colour at all? I have heard some people say that cherry shrimp can go "milky" if stressed or sick, which is what it looks like in the first pic.
