Advise you take care when you reassemble after cleaning to avoid cracks
The problem I have had with this inline diffuser is when I reassembled after cleaning I had to tighten the hose connectors very tight to prevent...
Having lived a little in Bermuda rooftop rainwater collection was the favoured method for domestic water supply. Most houses have a large...
What a difference 3 months has made, very nice
Yep mine cracked around the main body, wasn't that old either. I think the plastic used in new style is not CO2 safe
The only question I have is why bother ?
It fits perfectly as designed top and bottom for 10" water filter housings, even has a rubber sealing ring on the top as shown in ebay listing....
Not possible, if I try and register with a Hotmail address (only email I use) this message is displayed

Any husbandry tips for Bucephalandra ?
How can I become a registered member on 'Barr report' as I only have a hotmail email address ?
May I suggest

Spraybars produce better distribution than lily pipes. Hopefully Ceg will be along soon to explain it better than I can
I don't use the slide in filter cartridges, take a sharp knife and cut the black foam sponge into pieces like hogan53 shows above. I then pushed...
Can I suggest glass inlet/outlet and spraybars from 'Aquarium plant food UK'...
As an alternative to a cut down bottle I use these with foam pads removed
Nah his misses saw the invoice when it was delivered and battered him
I'm hooked especially if it continues to be as interesting....
As the saying goes, 'the solution to pollution is dilution'
If in doubt good quality water change
Yep he's got the sickness. Lovely place.
How do you prepare water changes? RO/minerals etc
If you've got Eheims may as well use them. Eccos quiet and pretty much bulletproof IME.
What have you found works for you regarding shrimp...
No need to apologise and you didn't use the word 'burp' incorrectly but you did use it for a reason.
I just wanted to point out the 'every...
To be described as 'complete' then surely it would need to include a supply of CO2 gas and a suitable container for that supply?
In your posts you used the word 'burps' I assume you mean that occasionally your filter expels a large bubble?
What do you think this bubble is...
'if there's less bubbles they must of been dissolved into the water column'
Not really, you have less bubbles in your tank because some of the CO2...
Are you sure that your light only has 1 strip of LEDs?
Is it possible it has 2 rows at 10 Watt per row = 20 Watt as I have with my Aquanano 40
Having read this thread and looked at the link where the tubes were being sold, Personally I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
Don't forget to use the 10% discount at APF
Or this one
But as stated above much cheaper to buy dry salts and mix yourself.
I would recommend the AquaOne AquaNano tanks. 30=30x30x30cm 22ltr 40=40x40x40cm 55ltr. Very good all round complete unit, glass lid,LED light,...
Like both tanks and tempting me to get shrimpy
Really like the King Kong and shadow panda
If you were in the UK I would have suggested Aqua Essentials. Sorry to be of no help.
Which country are you located?
'as good' There's not much point in having 'good diffusion' on the inlet if the CO2 enriched water flows into a canister filter and diffuses back...
No probs, I hope it helped to resolve your issues
Can I refer you to posts #4 #6 #9
Mate I don't think there is a 'problem' with your atomiser or eheim. It's just the way you have it setup is not working for you. Save your money,...
If the eheim provides good flow around the tank I would think you would have better CO2 dissolvement if the atomiser was on the outflow of eheim....
Is it an up inline atomiser, if so switch it to the outlet side and see how it performs before deciding if it's knackered
That's just sad, if your going to tattoo fish you could at least give them a decent tattoo.
Something like a skull and crossbones or an eagle in...
If I've understood your post, I think by having it on the intake of your eheim the CO2 is collecting in the canister forming larger bubbles and...
Nah sorry I don't understand, on behalf of all the boys can we have some pictures :wideyed:
How do you resuscitate a Piranha?
