Maintaining potted plants

Hi all,

On a whim I bought some pogostemon helferi, lilaeopsis and a nice crypt, all potted/submerged.

Is it best to maintain this in a full submersed set-up, or high humidity emersed? Not sure when I'll use them!

It really depends, short term submerged will be fine, but for longer term storage I would want them emersed. It removes algae, co2 etc from the equation and gives them optimal growing conditions.
