Hi all,
Looks like a male <"Hyphessobrycon rosaceus">, but you would need a clearer picture to be sure.

Agreed. Looks like a Rosy Tetra to me.

Possibly even a serpae tetra, but yeah would need a clear photo to confirm. Its the black dorsal which is swaying me.....
