Hi

My tank has been running for over 5 months now and last week I bought a new plant (sorry can remember its name)

In less than a week its gone from healthy to what you see in the picture, all other plants are doing well see the general picture

Light are on from 5pm to 11pm
Co2 is on from 4pm to 10 pm

I use JBL Ferropol weekly one day after the water change

Thoughts on why would be appreciated

Regards

Your plant is Alternanthera reineckii.
This plant is often attacked by snails, bristlenose pleco and even Amano shrimp.
The leavs grown emerse often stress, when submerged and this causes predation. Your leaves showing are clearly grown emerse. As the plant develop leavs adapted to life submerse, this predation usually stop.
