Thanks mate, been doing 50% water change per day this first week, plants looking ok. Was afraid about the buces melting, sometimes they do it in new setups, maybe to early to speak, "knock knock". And used seachem glue this time, still have a doubt in this technique, very practical, but seems there is a possibility to burn the rizomas, will see in time.

Hi,
Gunung means Mountain (Malay)
Kinabalu mean ancestors' mountain (Borneo dialect)
Gunung Kinabalu is the highest peak in Borneo Island and third highest mountain on an island.

Feel kind of weird seeing a familiar name in this forum.

Gunung Kinabalu is a protected national park and taking any plants is prohibited. Not to mention thick jungle and harsh terrain. However I know there are lots of Araceae including buces, Anubias etc.
Funny though the only aquascape shop here don't have buces, and the only araceae they sale is Anubias barteri.

I thought there where farms aroud the island. Glad that tropica, anubias and big plant sellers got interest in them. It is the only way to turn down hunters collecting ilegaly in the wild. Ore at least bring it down...
