Hey all,

I'm using an ADA Wabi Kusa stem mix in my 45P, but it had been in the shop for a little while and is 'overgrown' to say the least.

At what point is it ok to give it a trim? Would I be doing unneccessary damage if I trim it right away, or would that help stimulate growth?

Thanks,
Tom

Hey! I think that when a plant it's about to overrun the other, it should be trimmed ; I had a Wabi Kusa once with : H. Cuba, Bacopa, Ranunculus, Polygonum Sao Paolo and Bacopa was always the one trying to overrun the others so I had to trim it very often and very hard, given the fact that originally it's a marsh plant
