Can I grow Cuba?

There are plenty of written & YouTube tutorials on growing Cuba carpet plants none rally explain my situation, I think I've ticked all the boxes except for my lighting! ........Co2 injection, adequate flow, good substrate, EI fertilisation. My tank is quite deep 65cm 24" & lit by 2 X 24watt T5 tubes with the reflectors fitted.
My question is quite simple.
Do I have enough light? Bearing in mind the depth of my tank.
Has anyone had any experience success or failure under similar conditions?
Any other suggestions?

You might get faster growth with more light but HC will grow in partial shade if they have enough C02.
I used to have a very similar depth tank only lit with 2 x full length T8s and it grew HC in a healthy state.
However as you don't mention the tank length ... your tank could be 5' long?

Thanks or your post, I should have mentioned it is a cube 65 X 65 cm 270l.

Well yes you could use more light if you are confident the other parameters are good.
What is the worst that could happen!
