Best bio media for flow

Hi guys. Once again just trying to pick your brains, was just wondering what you suggest would be the best bio media to use to try keep as much flow from my external filter as possible, I'm currently using eheim substrat (can't find a link) but it's substrat and NOT substrat pro. Pot scrubbers are a favorite on here. I like coarse sponge myself.
