Bazooka Diffuser - Big Bubbles

Hi everyone,

I've had a Bazooka diffuser for about 1 month and a half, but I've notice that instead of a fine mist coming from the whole diffuser I had when it was new, I now have larger bubbles coming just from the centre.

I soaked it in bleach for an hour and in water with prime for 2 hours, but the problem still remains.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it just the way it is or is there some way I can fix it?

Try soaking in some white vinegar, it may be blocked due to limescale.

Ok will try I've been reading and tought the bleach would be better. I'm worried that instead of being blocked it might be too porous.

after the vinegar soak blow co2 through it while it's still out of the tank. This should help dislodge any crap still inside it.

Will try today. Will any white vinegar do? I only have rice vinegar, I wonder in its acidic enough

you can pick white vinegar up at the super market for like 50p a litre, it's also good for wiping down the aquarium glass . Rice vinegar seems a bit over the top to use by the Yorkshireman in me.

I'll probably pop down to the supermarket. Do you think removing limescale blockage will actually make bubbles smaller?
