UP inline diffuser leaking (again)...

Just noticed a small (dripping) leak coming from the body of my UP inline diffuser.

This one was already a replacement for one I had previously that developed a crack and started leaking! This one has no visible cracks; the leak is coming from the bit at the bottom of the diffuser where the see- through plastic connects to the black bottom bit.

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced a similar issue, and what is the best alternative diffuser/ reactor (not DIY)?

Yep mine cracked around the main body, wasn't that old either. I think the plastic used in new style is not CO2 safe

I had no problems with the completely sealed diffuser. Faulty joints?

In my experience with compression fittings its the hose itself . The hose can stretch and create a leak then they tend to crack the fitting when its re-tightened .
I always use a sealant when assembling any fittings it keeps everything tight.
