Freshwater Shrimp

I ordered a consignment of Amano Shrimps from the above sponsor on the 6th Aug and nothing has arrived and haven't heard anything. Apart of course an e-mail saying they had been paid....

Have tried contacting them but no response.

Has anybody used this supplier and if so - are they reliable?

(Whoops I figured it out). Have you contacted them through both shop email and pm? Usually the sponsors are pretty good.

It seems the majority of our shrimp sponsors went on holiday together and have been away for the passed month as have received zero feedback and one evidently went on holiday midway through trying to place an order, as he disappeared off planet earth or rather Planet Invert

Why take an order and your clients money when you know you won't be around...

Why not advise customers that orders will not be fulfilled due to holidays....

Not impressed with customer service.....

And they are sponsors on this site??

Used them a lot and never had any issues with them, Orders always deliveried promptly and of great quality.

They did change their number recently that may why you can't get hold of them if you have the old number.

I finally had contact with them and they apologised for "overlooking my order".

Am sure my posts on this site helped get a response.

I decided that given the delay and lack of contact, I cancelled the order and to be fair to them they refunded my payment promptly.
