Hi there,

I've currently only got a cubic foot to Terraform (or should that be Aquaform?).

Here it is -

This is where it lives -

And this is how the magic happens -

Only iPhone pics just now, higher res can come later, but you get the general picture. The observant will notice that there's a flood in progress in the last pic. I had forgotten to cable tie below the jubilee clip I had used as replacement hose nut locks for the inline diffuser and water leaked from the lock nut thread, oops! Can you spot the lifetime supply of Spirulina, another oops (a tiny amount goes a very looong way). Two months ago that tank was just a lazy tech PL lit internally filtered java overgrown excuse for a planted tank and with a little anthropomorphisation, unhappy fish! But now ! I'm happy, fish are happy and the wife just wants it all to end, but she does like the RCS Tank \o/.

It's all still a work in progress (it always is) so I thought I would join the fray here so I can float some ideas and maybe glean some experten opinion rather than glazed looks!

:)

Using the Sodastream Gas I'm onto my second bottle since starting the CO2 at the beginning of February, (not real usage, lots of wastage familiarising with the kit, system leaks/untightened regulator did their bit also, sorted now though).

Answering you're question, dunno yet, I have a spare needing a re-fill, the wife has suggested Lakeland Plastic on George St, they do the refills, not sure if you have to buy the bottle originally from them, but that's my first port of call. They were bought from Asda originally but i havent seen them do the refills. Not best cost wise sodastream but for footprint I can't use a pub bottle/FE system without eating into more kitchen space. If I knew i could get the slim JBL filled locally then I may end up getting that CO2 bottle since they stock it at Fishkeeper, not sure if I would need another regulator bottle converter though.

Forth fire in Newheaven road does fire extinguisher refill. 2kg cylinder for £15. I got my cylinder for £24 on eBay. I was thinking, u may know about somehing cheeper but on the end £15 its not too bad. Thanks for answer. P
