Safe amonia help?

i have had my new tank running for about 2 and a half weeks and on my test the amonia is about 0.6 so i put some cherrys in and they are fine. they have been in there 2 days and i have also put a few amanos in the tank and they are fine and i have done daily water changes. do you think the amonia is ok to put my fish in now?

after looking into it further i have a total amonia level of 0.6 but a ammonia level of 0.01 due to my low ph of just about 6
