    Pond No More

I have got a water feature in there with a fountain attachment, but for now I've just left it with a trickle of water from the pump without any attachment. The net isn't on there to protect any fish, its on there because within hours of finishing the planting, two massive wood pigeons got in...

    Pond No More

I'm glad you think so. I thought about doing it for quite some time now. Finally got around to it. It has already grown in quite a bit since the photographs above were taken. Gradually the outline of the moulded pond will disappear completely. And when it is completely established I will allow...

    Pond No More

Well after 12 years of having a 3,000 litre raised brick pond in the garden, it is no more. I've done the whole Koi thing, downgraded to Comets and Goldfish, then to Sticklebacks, and finally to nothing. So, what have I done with it. Well the answer is simple. I filled it in. First with 12...

    Fluval Sea Liquid Calcium

Hi, and thanks for the linky thing. So you just buy that Calcium Chloride from ebay and mix one packet in a litre of water and that gives you 2 x 500ml bottles? Is that the same concentration of Calcium Chloride as per the Fluval Sea Liquid Calcium? It states on the bottle that I have got that...

    Fluval Sea Liquid Calcium

Thanks Darrel, So in short, apart from the expense of buying the Fluval Sea Calcium, there is no actual harm in adding extra Calcium to the water, even though this product is intended for the Marine Reef Tank.

    Fluval Sea Liquid Calcium

Hi all, I have a question about the use of Fluval Sea Liquid Calcium in Fresh Water Aquariums. In my heavily planted Jewel Rio 200 litre tank I have a few Cory's, three Red Bristlenose Plecs, and a lot of Red Cherry Shrimp. This tank has only got 2 x T5 Tubes above it and the reflectors are...

    Eheim Incpiria Rescape Complete

Still having some flow control issues since I installed the two way splitter from CO2 Supermarket. Regarding the Camozzi Precision Flow Controller for CO2, can any one tell me which configuration I would need and where in the system it would need to be installed, going off the photographs below...

Did you ever get rid of that horrible BBA, and if so what was the remedy? Any updates. Pictures.

    Eheim Incpiria Rescape Complete

Well I got the same advice from a friend, and from a person I know who works at Maidenhead Aquatics. So in the end I went for Pygmy Coryadorus x 12, Pencil Fish x 8, Harlequin Rasboras x 10, and a shoal of 20 x Ember Tetras. They've all settled in really well. I got several types of Hikari...

Eheim Professional 3 Thermo Heater Issue

I don't feel the 'click' . The button you press is permanently depressed. Even if it pops out and I press it, there is no click. It is possible that one day I pressed it too hard and now it is faulty. The heater is working, you just can't adjust it.

Eheim Professional 3 Thermo Heater Issue

It wouldn't be so bad if they offered a lifetime guarantee with their products, at least that could justify the high prices.

    Is this taking the Mick

I didn't know that. I messaged the seller to ask if it was a typing error  The reply was supply and demand justified the price. I replied saying the price was extortionate. The reply was, "Move On!" Terrible that.

    Is this taking the Mick

I was surfing on'tinternet looking for Fissidens Fontanus. Stumbled across this on eBay. Extortionate at the very least. Shocking how anyone could think anyone would pay £99.99 for a portion of Moss no matter what the availability is.
