Hi all, Thanks for the comments... I agree with your views on the planting... I've decided to remove the blyxa and move the Lilaeopsis to where the blyxa is currenty planted. I'll then plant HC around the forground... I'll also plant (around the Lilaeopsis) some tennellus and Eleocharis...

Thanks for the comment... I agree... HC (and maybe some UG, as Ceg mentioned) would look better than the Lilaeopsis. Still early days and I have plenty of time to change the scape... I'll wait for the Lilaeopsis to fill in more (as I just bought it from AE, top quality - thanks Richard)...

Hi Sam, the setup is very simple... 1" of water with wood and a pot full of crypts and moss. I've really taken to emersed setups, I've got a 60 litre which has a moist substrate covered in crypts and E.Tennellus... When my 70 litre planted tank cracked, I had to transfer lots of my plants and...

I setup this little 12 litre emersed tank to keep some anubias, mosses and crypts that I had spare...

My water has a KH of 28+... However, I usually add 7:3 rainwater to tapwater, so that gives me around what I'm looking for... GH could be decreased a little (using various products on the market), but it's still fine...
