I'm going to be using DIY Co2 whilst saving for a proper set up (could be a few months) & I have a few questions for the experts at UKAPS.
First of all, I have everything I need to create co2 & the piping, bottles etc. I've read so may different guides to this & got a lot of conflicting...
Get a tester pot from homebase for £1, or a few if it's a larger tank? More to do with my tank only having a few plants at the minute and it looked kinda bare.
Cheers, I didn't think of that but after scouring the interweb all evening i've come to the conclusion that there isn't one available for the fluval 2 plus, only a 'venturi nozzle' for aeration :(
Maybe an investment in a new filter is the only way forward? In the meantime i've moved the filter...
Thanks for the reply, I may have to diy somethin to clip on the outlet then to point the flow downwards as you can see a picture of my filter at the minute http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h ... m=1&itbs=1 so it wouldn't be possible to point flow down without having the filter placed...

I don't have much scope for having more than one output due to the size of my tank, & with not having an external filter I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to aid flow...
