Heteranthera zostefolia, leaves stay closed

Hello, there is a weird thing with that plant, from the begining to the end of the photoperiod that plant stay closed, i d'ont know why, she seems in perfect shape, other plant seems not doing that exept near the end of the photoperiod. The light is definetly not high, the rotala rotundifolia stay green near the the top of water, any idea ? thx

Thanks for the pic of the Gracilis. I'm wondering what you can do to make it have more colour? Is it because you are running low light?

Well my gracilis seems between the 2 i think, yes i can make it really reddish under high light, but i'm now in the vegetative stage, i let the plant grow and developp strong roots and biomass before going high light. i now see high light as a color enhancer.

i also use a single purple bulb

Heteranthera zosterifolia has very delicate and light leaves, I am wondering if all those bubbles you see on the leaves are lifting the leaves up? 🙂

that's clever, i inject so much co2 in that tank, but not more than 30 ppm i think because snails are well alive, i saw the plant fully open yesterday during water change, she's so beautiful. I inject co2 24/7, at light start there is still bubbles on it
