Hi
I recently tried growing some guppy grass in tubs of rain water
But failed epicly it all died
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to do it ? And make it a success all the tubs were in a small green house
Only a cheap one from b and m

I will try that and see what happens thanks for the advice
I'm guessing temp will also affect it ?

I grew some in a pond outside and it even survived a mild winter with no protection but it didn't do much until the water was mid teens Celsius. It's been really cold here lately and non of my native pond plants have really sprung into, growth yet, so I think it's too early for more tropical species.

It grows in my tank that has soft acidic water and stays a nice healthy green colour but in my brothers hard water it often shows signs of a deficiency which I think is a result of how much quicker it grows in the hard water. So I'd follow Darrels advice.

Yeah I think its the frost killing them if I'm honest
Might have to leave it a while and see what happens
