Diffuser Size.

Hi, decided to take the plunge with co2, and was wondering if the size of the diffuser mattered. it's a 300 litre aquarium, and I didn't really want to go down the inline diffuser route.

CO2 Art advertise this New Bazooka Flux_ Diffuser – Large for Tanks above 250L – CO2Art | Aquarium CO2 System Specialists but I use a reactor so I have no practical experience of using one. They also advertise one for aquariums under 250l so I presume it does matter.
