    When I read walstad, this chapter about alleopathy also rang a bell.it's interesting idea that plants "fight" for whatever they need against other plants (taller and perhaps faster growing etc) releasing chemicals. Obviously hard to prove and not even priority to consider when doing a planted...

    best co2 injection for 2-3 ft tanks, direct into externals or spread bubbles?

    As Clive says "flow is the king!" As long as u get good flow which brings ur well dissolved co2 all over the tank u fine. I connect hoses directly to pumps and adjust the stream of co2 very fine bubbles bellow filters outcomes,so it keeps co2 in and distributes it further all over the tank...

    That is all very interesting, can't understand that. I lost my light on one tank recently and after four days when I managed to fixe it st.reopens was white like a wall. Why was that? I'm glad u found all fine and it worked out though. Will need to go trough it too in the summer.Thanks for...
