Plant suggestions

Hi all, I'm looking for some plant suggestions I could do with some tall background plants for a medium light, low tech tank obvs using fertilizers and root tabs, any mid and foreground plant suggestions would be great too, The tank itself is 240L (4ft long) and will have white rock on black sand and a black background, the main reason for all the black is the electric blue acara in the tank that I want to show at his best other in habitants are Albino Corys. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, I have experience with the basic plants (Amazon sword, Val, Java fern, Java moss), but would like to try something new if that's possible in such a low tech setup.

How about giant vallisneria and a huge clump of limnophila heterophylla?

It is my choice for a bomb-proof plant - <"Correspondence with Dr Ryan Newton - School of Freshwater Sciences, University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee">.

........ You would just need a plant that is ~guaranteed to grow. I'm going to suggest Hygrophila corymbosa , but there might be another, even more bullet proof, option.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, ill get down to the research
. I do have a question though. If I end up with stem plants how easy is it to get them to root? Another thing I've never had any success with
