Need help with Alternantha reineckii mini

I've planted 10 days ago and some leaves are turning glassy. Must I be concerned?

specs:
CO2: pressurised - 75 bpm (Ph7-Kh5)
Filtration: Bioflow 3.0 M - 500 l/u
Lights: 2 x 24W T5 438mm HiLite- 3550 lumen - 9000 Kelvin
Photo Period: 12.00 - 17.30
Fertilisation: EI
Substrate: gravel black 1-2mm

Floaters on top and waterreading is normal

Look like old, submersed leaves dying off.
Your Plant is adapting to life under water, and some of the older leaves are dying in that process. This is normal and not dangerous.
In general, leaves of Alternanthera are not very long-lived, so even after adaptation the plant will dismiss leaves because of old age regularly.
New growth should appear faster than loosing old leaves, though - so trick is to cut off tops and replant now and then. This keep the plant young and vigorous, at all time. Leave the cut stem sitting in gravel, since this will usually sprout new tops, too.

Txs. Is it ok to cut off those older dying leaves?
I can imagine that old dying leaves can cause diseases inside the tank..?

Yep,cut those off,they're not going to get any better.
Dying leaves won't cause diseases exactly,but will add to the sort of organics that you don't want in your tank.
Keeping the tank clean is one best things you can do IMO.
